Hi I’m Loretta, a certified coach specialising in Mindset and Self-development grounded in a foundation of Psychology that focuses on relationships. For over a decade I have worked specifically with female clients in order to achieve optimal health and harmony in all aspects of their life, so they can once again discover their inner goddess. I'm a firm believer  that your past does not dictate your future and it ‘s my purpose is  to uncover the beliefs, blocks, behaviours, habits and patterns of thinking that may prevent them from manifesting the life or business they aspire to create.
